Delete your data

Email info@tinkerlabs.ae from the address you used with us, with the subject "Delete my data", or send us a message on WhatsApp 055 155 7796. Tell us:

• your name and the mobile number or email you gave us;
• what you'd like deleted: everything, a child's details, a Facebook or Instagram lead form you sent us, or just marketing emails.

• We check the request comes from you, so nobody else can delete or see your family's details.
• We delete the data within 30 days, from our booking system and from the services we use, such as our email tool.
• We tell you when it's done, and what we kept and why.

UAE VAT law requires us to keep payment and invoice records for at least five years. We keep only what those records need and delete the rest, including your children's details and notes.

If you sent us a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or messaged us there, we delete the copy we hold when you ask. Meta keeps its own copy under its own policies; you can see and delete your Facebook and Instagram information in your account settings, under Your information and permissions.

We don't use Facebook Login on this site, so there's no Tinker Labs app data in your Facebook account to remove.

To stop news and offers without deleting anything else, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us, or tell us and we'll do it for you.
