Terms of use

These terms cover tinkerlabs.ae and booking classes, memberships, camps and birthday parties with Tinker Labs at Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi. We're at Reem Mall, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By booking or using the site, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Online prices exclude VAT, and 5% VAT is added at checkout. Prices you pay at the lab include VAT.
• You pay online by card through Stripe. The payment page stays open for 30 minutes for a class, and we hold your place while it's open. For other bookings it stays open for an hour.
• Your booking is confirmed when the payment goes through, or, for a reservation you'll pay for at the lab, when we confirm it.
• Offer and creator codes: one code per booking. Creator codes don't combine with the sibling discount, the Tuesday rate or the Silver membership promotion. We can end a code or offer at any time; bookings already paid keep their price.

• Classes run in age groups, with up to ten children in each.
• A membership is for one child and can't be transferred. Its classes must be used within the validity period shown when you buy it.
• The 1-month Silver rate is a limited-period promotion and can't be combined with other offers.
• You can change or cancel a class up to 12 hours before it starts, in your parent account or by contacting us. A member's class credit goes back to their plan; a card payment is refunded.
• With less than 12 hours to go, call or WhatsApp us. A member who doesn't come and doesn't tell us still uses the class credit.

• Camp prices depend on when you book (early bird, regular and final call), as shown on the camp page.
• Gold, Platinum and Diamond members get their camp discount on the day rate. Tell us when you book and we'll refund the difference.
• Drop-off is from 10:00 and pick-up is at 2pm. Children are only handed to a parent or to an adult the parent has named to us.
• If you can't come on a day you've paid for, tell us as early as you can and we'll try to move your child to another day of the same camp.

• A 50% deposit holds your date. The deposit is non-refundable, and the balance is due on the day.
• Parties are for at least 8 children. The final price follows the package, the day and the number of children on the day.
• Extras such as goodie bags, decorations and food are quoted and charged separately.

• If we cancel a class, camp day or party, you choose a full refund or a new date.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show them.
• Anything not covered above, contact us and we'll deal with it fairly and in line with UAE consumer protection law.

• Tell us about any allergies, medical needs or anything else we should know before your child's session.
• Children wear the lab coats and goggles we provide and follow the lab team's instructions.
• Parents of Tinker Garden children (ages 3 to 4) can stay in the room. From Tinker Tots up, parents wait outside the lab or in the mall.
• We may stop a child taking part if they're unwell or if continuing wouldn't be safe for them or the group.

We only share photos or videos of children with a parent's agreement. See our privacy policy.

Please give accurate details when you book, and don't misuse the site, for example by trying to get into accounts that aren't yours. The text, photos and videos on the site belong to Tinker Labs or the people who licensed them to us.

We take care to run every session safely and to keep the site accurate. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that UAE law doesn't allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. We'll post any changes here and change the date at the top. This version is from 5 October 2026.
